Allan began his geomatics career in 2007, gaining experience across Canada in both legal and construction surveying before settling in Fort McMurray in 2016. He joined Foresite Geomatics as a Crew Chief, advanced to Supervisor and QC Lead, and has served as VP of Operations since 2022. From underground locating to 3D scanning and drone surveys, his deep knowledge of oil sands and construction work makes him a key driver of project success. Allan is also a strong client liaison, ensuring quality and efficiency from planning through execution.
Kris is a seasoned Survey Supervisor with over a decade of industry experience spanning Calgary, Hamilton, and Fort McMurray. Since 2010, he has led field crews across residential, oilfield, and heavy construction projects. Kris brings particular expertise in drilling programs, utility locates, and construction phased scopes. His leadership strengths shine in high-demand environments, where he excels as both a supervisor and crew coordinator, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient field operations every time.
Ralph brings a unique perspective to the field of geomatics with over 15 years of experience and a background in psychology from his time working in the U.S. His specialization in ground penetrating radar (GPR) and utility locating has made him a trusted expert on subsurface detection and risk mitigation. Now serving as a Survey Supervisor at Foresite, Ralph combines technical expertise with sharp analytical insight to lead field crews and deliver accurate, safety-focused results on complex projects.
Annabelle is a certified NCSO, OHS, and HSA professional with over 12 years of experience in safety leadership. She develops and implements comprehensive safety programs, leads incident investigations, and fosters a proactive safety culture at Foresite. Annabelle is also a certified instructor with St. John Ambulance, extending her passion for safety into the broader community.
Leon is a seasoned CPA, CGA with over 15 years in corporate finance and strategic planning. He ensures financial integrity across all operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Leon’s leadership supports Foresite’s long-term growth and ensures the financial strength behind every project we undertake.
Carrie brings over 25 years of oil and gas experience in both admin and supervisory roles. Since joining Foresite in 2015, she has led accounting, cost control, and procurement systems that help drive project success. Her deep understanding of financial operations makes her an invaluable member of the management team.
Jamie plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From payroll and billing to office coordination, she supports daily operations with precision and care. With five years of admin experience, Jamie is also known for her great attitude and Oilers fandom—she’s always ready to cheer on the team, both in and out of the office!
Helen brings over 15 years of geomatics and drafting experience to her role as CAD Manager at Foresite Geomatics. With a background in drafting across multiple disciplines, she leads Foresite’s 3D scanning and CAD workflows with precision and innovation. Helen is known for her ability to juggle high-pressure project demands, maintain strong client relationships, and support business development initiatives. Drew is a skilled CAD Technician with six years of experience in geomatics. A graduate of the Centre of Geographic Sciences (COGS), he began his career in the field before transitioning to the office, where he now specializes in drafting and data processing. Drew brings a well-rounded understanding of field-to-finish workflows and holds certification as an Advanced Drone Pilot. His ability to bridge field operations with high-quality deliverables makes him a key asset to the Foresite drafting team.
Melissa has been working in the survey industry since 2017, bringing a solid foundation in architectural drafting from her training at SAIT. She began her career in Calgary and Hamilton before settling in Fort McMurray, where she joined Foresite Geomatics as a field assistant. From 2017 to 2023, she built her hands-on experience in the field before transitioning into a CAD/Geomatics Technician role. Melissa’s well-rounded background and attention to detail make her an integral part of the drafting team, bridging field data with polished deliverables.
Kathy joined Foresite in 2019 and has eight years of combined experience in geomatics and drafting. She is an embedded contractor with Suncor, working as the As-Built Coordinator. As a member of the Ground Disturbance Authorization team, she coordinates activities to support safe and organized project execution and provides subject matter expertise. With a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D and ArcMap, she maintains Suncor’s web map services and master underground records, ensuring information is current and accessible for teams who rely on it. Kathy builds strong, dependable relations with Suncor personnel and field contractors alike, contributing to the success and safety of every project she supports.
